Banfield Hospitals Nationwide Offer Free Physical Exams to All Adopted Pets During National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week

Banfield, The Pet Hospital Partners With The Humane Society of the United States During National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week, Nov. 6-12

PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- In honor of The Humane Society of the United States' National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week, Banfield, The Pet Hospital(R) will offer all Pets adopted during National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week a complimentary physical exam at any of its more than 500 full-service hospitals located in PETsMART stores across the country.

During National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week, shelters nationwide will have the opportunity to hand out Banfield certificates to newly adopted Pets for a complimentary physical exam valid at any Banfield hospital. Valued at $30.00, a physical exam at Banfield involves a veterinarian evaluating a new Pet from head to tail, as well as providing the new Pet parent with education about maximizing their Pet's life through better health care.
